Accessibility

Dragon Hall wants everyone to enjoy their visit. The ground floor and Great Hall are now fully accessible, with lifts, level floors and wide doors. Unfortunately, the cellars and undercroft can only be reached by stairs. Detailed information about this part of the building is however available on the ground floor.

Audioguides are now available with a version of the tour designed for visually impaired people. Please ask on arrival at reception.
