Feltwork Textile workshop with Sue Scheller

Learn the art of traditional wet feltmaking with Sue Scheller. Sue is an accomplished, enthusiastic textile artist specialising in feltmaking using hand-dyed merino wool and silk fibres to create unique, colourful, contemporary textile pieces. Each week students will learn a different technique and produce an exciting finished piece of work. The course will cover basic flat felt, including decoration for texture and design, buttons and closures, silk paper and corsages, three dimensional felt for small bags and nuno felt for scarves. Max 8 participants.

Cost: £145 (£125 concessions) for 5-week course starting Tuesday 16 February
Time: 10am - 3pm
