St James Mill today operates as an office building and therefore there is limited access to the general public.
However St James Mill is normally open to the public during Heritage Open Days each September. In 2008 this will run between 11th and 14th September. For more details see www.heritagecity.org; booking available from August.
Norwich 12 is also working with Norwich's Tourist Information Centre on a programme of guided tours for the public and groups for 2009 that will include St James Mill.
