Opening times

The Cathedral is open from 7am each morning and is closed at around 8pm and welcomes visitors to look around.

The Cathedral shop:

March to December:
Closed on Monday
Tuesday to Saturday: 10:30 - 16:00
Sunday: Open after each Mass

January and February:
Closed on Monday
Tuesday to Friday: 10:30 - 13:00
Saturday: 10:30 - 16:00
Sunday: Open after each Mass

Admission charges

There are no entrance fees. However donations which will go towards the Cathedral's development and upkeep are warmly welcomed.

Group visits

Guided tours of the Cathedral run from Easter to the end of September on Saturdays from 10:30 - 16:30. However educational tours can be booked for a scheduled time during the week.

Tours

Tours of the towers run on Saturdays at 13.30 and 14.30 throughout the summer and give an outstanding view of the city.

Facilities

There is a gift shop and limited parking.

Accessibility

Wheelchair Access: There is wheelchair access to the Cathedral via the Sacristy door.

Loop System: The Cathedral operates a loop system. Please set your hearing aids accordingly to take advantage of this improvement.

Large Print: There are large print Mass Books available for those who are visually impaired.
