The Forum is open to the public between 7am and midnight.

Admission charges
There is no fee to enter The Forum.
Facilities
There is a cash machine, public telephone, office equipment for public use (available in the Millennium Library), toilets (including disabled toilets and baby changing facilities).
Café Bar Marzano caters for breakfasts, light lunches, coffees and teas and evening cocktails. Pizza Express is on the first floor of The Forum with great views over the city.
Accessibility
A ramp for easier wheelchair access runs along the Bethel Street side of the building.
Lifts have been installed from the car park to all levels of the building. There are also separate lifts in the Library. A motorised scooter is available in the Library. Parking spaces for those with Disabled Badges can be found on Level -2 in the car park.
The Forum welcomes the use of guide dogs within The Forum and dogs which are used to assist those who are hard of hearing. The Library, City Learning Station, The Learning Shop and the Tourist Information Centre have specific equipment to cater for partially sighted people or are able to arrange documents in large print. The Library provides large print books in fiction and non-fiction as well as a range of books on tape and other reading aids.
If you require assistance when using The Forum please contact staff in the Building Services office. This is situated on the ground floor next to The Learning Shop. The office is manned twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
