Opening times

The Great Hospital is a residential care home and therefore access to the public is limited.

Open Days are held at some points during the year - details can be found here, in local press and at www.greathospital.org.uk. Please enter via the church, in Bishopgate. Admission is free, donations welcome. Closest car park: St Helen's Wharf, by the Adam & Eve PH.

Services at St. Helen's Church

• 1^st and 3^rd Sunday of each month, 10.30am Holy Communion
• 2^nd and 4^th Sunday of each month, 10.30am Book of Common Prayer Communion
• 5^th Sunday (when occurring), 10.30am Holy Communion

There is also a Coffee Morning with Bring & Buy in the Mackintosh Room on the 1st Saturday of each month from 10am until 11.30am.

Group visits and tours

Tours of the Great Hospital can be arranged by appointment, at a charge of £50 for a group of up to 25 people.
